Holy Happy Hour
We sat back to a bottle of Jack and a full night of creative indecency. The outcome: where can we go to eat and drink late, but on the cheap? Not just cheap, but approachable, yet refined with a professional's palate. So we decided to make our own joint. Now we're one month old at 10th & Santa Fe and each night is better than the last. If you're as interested in eating and drinking well without breaking the bank, come sit at our bar.

Thanks for joining and reaching out to our members. Do consider also joining our new photo contest: a pic of you at your fave bar with your favorite drink (a cool way for you to plug Interstate and show a personal side to our members). Winner gets a copy of Greg Olear's new novel, Totally Killer, and an engraved bottle of Ceren Vodka.
My dental hygienist Cara is a big fan (also a friend of Joseph) and was talking you guys up during my last session. I've heard a lot about Interstate and look forward to checking it out.
