I’ve been taking the Light Rail home from work and staring out the windows wondering about the lives happening in every building I pass. Fellow Six Shooter Slanted & Enchanted and I recently got laid off from the same corporate entity. Stranahan’s Colorado Whiskey captures the essence of Denver with its slightly rough edges and balance of downtown swagger and Old West grit. The label — at once old-timey and postmodern — resembles a saloon "wanted" poster, but also lists the song playing when the distiller bottled the whiskey.
